Software start-up LecereTM Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) has produced a new video that highlights typical usage of Lecere's FIRMS software in an establishment looking to gain a competitive advantage by deploying a restaurant management system that helps them maximize revenue while minimizing costs.

The video can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkWgk-vaJR8.

According to Jim Morris, Chairman and CEO of Lecere, "With the emergence of Lecere's FIRMS software, wait staff will no longer have to memorize orders or write them down on paper and then leave the table area to enter them into a free POS terminal that is not already being used by another server. These error-prone and time-consuming methods of capturing the customers' requests are now things of the past. With FIRMS, an order is taken tableside on an iPad or iPod Touch. After drink orders are first taken tableside, the server clicks an icon that sends the drink order to the bar. The bartender is already preparing drinks while the table server is simultaneously taking the dinner order. And you will also see in the video an example of fully processing a credit card tableside, without the credit card ever leaving the table. A requirement that the credit card not leave the table in a restaurant will become law in Canada in October, 2010."
